SceneForge Labs provides digital products in the form of usage credits. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are generally final.

1. No Refund Conditions

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use credits before expiration
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Successful payment but credits are not received
  • System errors that prevent usage of credits

3. Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction. Please include proof of payment and your account details.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
